Bio-Asia Diagnostics Company Limited was incorporated in 1996 with headquarter in Hong Kong, branch representatives and partnership in China.

To take advantage of the rapidly growing healthcare industry in Hong Kong and China, Bio-Asia Diagnostics Company Limited represents a number of world-leading manufacturers to channel their top quality diagnostic products to the region. Bio-Asia distributes products and provides services for various diagnostics and healthcare products and manufacturers from different countries.

Building on its strengths in product distribution and sales to hospitals in Asia, Bio-Asia becomes a leading company, providing a wide range of medical solutions to hospitals and medical laboratories to meet the rapidly growing demand. In addition to its operation in Hong Kong, Bio-Asia Diagnostics Company Limited has four branches in China located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Fuzhou.

During the early years of operation, Bio-Asia began to work in the diagnostic market sector and to build up relationships with overseas manufacturers of a wide spectrum of diagnostic products. Since then, it has built up a network of more than 1,500 customers, including major hospitals and medical laboratories, that are using instruments, reagents, and services provided by Bio-Asia. Bio-Asia is the first organization which introduced Immunohematology products, such as Gel Cards and related automated equipment to China for hospitals and blood centers. At present, there are over 700 top Class 3 hospitals in China using the automated machines to run their daily samples.

Bio-Asia now represents a number of world-leading manufacturers to channel their top quality diagnostic products to the region. Among the globally famous brands are Grifols, Abbott i-STAT, Cholestech, Standard Diagnostics and Nova Medical.

Bio-Asia has developed a Point Of Care solution software for medical healthcare industry and has been marketed and distributed to Asia Pacific region, Middle East and Europe, including Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, U.A.E, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany and France.

To cope with the medical healthcare needs and requirements, Bio-Asia Management decided to invest in research and development to develop its own products to meet the demand in the medical diagnostics and healthcare industries.

Bio-Asia is confident to achieve its goals through organic growth, research and development of new products, partnerships and acquisitions. Bio-Asia also has plans to expand its territory of sale and distribution to other parts of Asia Pacific countries.
